Aquatic Therapy at Cox Health

Aquatic therapy relies on the properties of water to counteract gravity and supply support. Low-impact exercise in soothing warm water (92 degrees) can help increase strength and flexibility without placing excess stress on your joints. Patients interested in aquatic therapy will need a physical therapy order from their doctor. They will then receive an evaluation from a physical therapist before pool sessions begin.

CMH Pediatric Rehabilitation Clinic is inside Citizens Memorial Hospital. The dedicated staff works with patients 18 years of age and younger to improve physical and speech limitations. At the CMH Pediatric Rehabilitation Clinic, we use occupational, physical and speech therapy to provide treatment for a variety of conditions.

Developmental Center of the Ozarks
DCO serves infants, children and adults who have developmental or physical disabities or developmental delays - as well as those who do not - through a variety of therapies, education and habiliative programs. DCO promotes personal growth through teaching skills that help all citizens of our counity to lead full and productive lives.
